"Ma che dire? Innanzitutto un luogo pulito e accogliente, la cornice perfetta per una cena infrasettimanale davvero entusiasmante. Eravamo in pochi e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di godere di un servizio semplice e superbo. Marco, il titolare, è sempre 'sul pezzo': con discrezione e grande simpatia ci ha seguiti con una cura rara, sia nell’accoglienza che nella scelta delle pietanze. Un grazie di cuore anche alla cameriera, il cui sorriso costante è un tocco in più che fa la differenza. La cucina è l'essenza delle tipicità di Sauris: abbiamo iniziato con affettati e formaggi locali strepitosi, accompagnati da un’ottima birra artigianale di Sauris, fresca e di carattere. Abbiamo concluso in bellezza con un frico tradizionale cucinato a regola d’arte. Nota di merito fondamentale: avevamo con noi una persona celiaca e lo staff ha saputo gestire l'esigenza in assoluta sicurezza e tranquillità, garantendo un'esperienza senza glutine di alto livello. "Immer freundlich. Bewundernswert mit wieviel Schwung sich Marco und Maira hier halten. Was wäre der Ort ohne sie, oder ohne den recht gut bestückten Minimarkt. Mit Preisdumping kann man bei dem Einsatz nicht rechnen. Sehr gutes regionales Essen, sehr gute Weine. Alles einfach gehalten. Fürs Dorf und für die Touris."
